When your team Scores...
1point = 1 Push-up
  • So a Touchdown (6) and Extra point (1) = 7 Push-ups
  • The next time they score you will do the total point value.
  • When your team covers a fumble, sacks Quarterback or makes an interception that is 15 push-ups.


When the others team Scores...
1 point = 1 Squat
  • When they recover a fumble, sack the Quarterback or make an interception that is 15 Squats.


When a play is 20 yards or over...
  • Plays for either team over 20 yards = Double Crunch for the amount of yards
    (21 yard gain = 21 Double Crunches, 26yards = 26 Double Crunches and so on)
  • Over 30 yards = Mountain climbers (34 yards = 34 Mountain climbers, 39 yards= 39 Mountain climbers
  • Over 40 yards = Bicycles (45 yards = 45 Bicycles)
  • Over 50 yards = Trunk Twist, 50 yards = 50 Twist, 60yd = Twist and so on
